Questions about private ownership.

Why is the Vault application-based?
Vault personas are sold once and then retired. Each one carries a stronger character story than marketplace personas, so we want to ensure the buyer's brand and intent align with the persona's direction. The review takes 48 hours.
What does "retired" mean?
Once a Vault persona is claimed, she is permanently removed from PersonAi. She will not be sold to anyone else, and her image gallery is taken offline. Only the buyer retains access and rights.
Do I get full commercial ownership?
You receive an exclusive commercial license with limited resale terms. The license document spells out exactly which rights transfer, including paid advertising, brand face usage, and long-term campaign deployment.
What if my application is declined?
We'll notify you within 48 hours and, when possible, recommend a marketplace persona or Custom Build that fits better. No fee is charged for applications.
Can I commission a new Vault persona?
Yes. The Custom Build path produces a private persona at the Vault tier of quality. Note this on your application or contact us directly at vault@personai.com.
How is the price determined?
Vault pricing reflects production depth, gallery size, persona development, and exclusivity. All prices start at Custom and scale based on the persona's complexity and editorial direction.
