Are licenses exclusive?

Every persona on personAi is exclusive. Once purchased, it is permanently removed from the marketplace and will never be sold to another buyer. You are the one and only owner — forever.

Do you offer refunds?

Because persona kits are delivered instantly and as digital downloads, all sales are final. For Custom Builds, you can cancel before the visual draft is shared for a 50% refund.

Can I use influencers on paid ads?

Commercial-use terms are provided in the license document for the selected plan. Custom projects can include additional campaign and advertising scope when required.

How is the Custom Build different?

Custom Builds are made from scratch around your brand, audience, and visual direction. You get a private persona (not sold to anyone else), 2–3 weeks production, and up to 3 revision rounds.
